serial number on the receipt you saved from your order form.

UPS website, or to the Federal Express web site,
http://www.fedex.com
- For UPS,
click on the "tracking" button there and enter your
number in the grey window. For FedEx, fill in your number in the
"Track your packages" box.
- If the
shipper tells you your gown has been delivered to the Wedding
Gown Preservation Company, then go to the next step...

either your order number (for example, MM37588), or your last
name and zip code.
